This is the initial shipment associated with the Monthly Program.

First Renewal and Monthly Recurring Shipment

Your first recurring renewal will occur 30 days after your initial enrollment date.

Beginning 30 days after enrollment, and approximately every 30 days thereafter until canceled, customers enrolled in the Monthly Program will receive:

Automatic Renewal Authorization

By selecting and purchasing the Monthly Program, you authorize bloomgoodsstore.com, operated by Active Recovery Solutions, LLC, and its payment service providers to automatically charge the payment method used for your purchase $106.95 every 30 days, consisting of $97.00 for the Monthly Refill plus $9.95 shipping, plus any applicable sales tax, until the program is canceled.

• your first recurring charge occurs 30 days after your initial enrollment date;
• recurring charges will continue approximately every 30 days thereafter until canceled;
• the recurring monthly charge is $106.95, plus applicable sales tax;
• recurring charges will be made using your payment method on file;
• no additional authorization is required before each scheduled charge;
• each recurring shipment contains the products described above, subject to the product substitution provisions below; and
• the program continues until canceled.

Cancelling the Monthly Program

You may cancel your Monthly Program using any of the following methods:

To avoid your next recurring charge, your cancellation request must be received and completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If your cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date, the upcoming order may already be in processing and may still be charged and shipped.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, that order will be subject to our applicable Returns and Refunds Policy.

Once your cancellation is effective, you will not be charged for future recurring renewals.

There is no minimum enrollment period unless a different requirement is clearly disclosed and accepted by you before purchase.

Price Changes and Product Substitutions

We may occasionally change the price of the Monthly Program or make reasonable substitutions to products included in a recurring shipment due to product availability, discontinuation, supply changes, or similar circumstances.

We will provide you with at least 10 days advance notice by email before:

• increasing the recurring price of the Monthly Program; or
• making a material substitution that significantly changes the products included in your recurring shipment.

Any notice of a price change will clearly identify the new recurring price, applicable shipping charges, and the date the new price will take effect.

You may cancel the Monthly Program before the effective date of the change to avoid future charges at the new price.

Minor changes that do not materially affect the nature or value of a product, including packaging changes, size variations of comparable value, or replacement with a substantially similar product, may be made without advance notice where permitted by law.

SECTION 7 — Shipping charges

Unless a particular offer states otherwise:

• Physical orders totaling less than $158.00 are subject to a $9.95 shipping charge.
• Physical orders totaling $158.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Digital products do not incur physical shipping charges.

The Monthly Program is specifically subject to a $9.95 shipping charge on each recurring shipment.

Accordingly, the recurring Monthly Program charge is $97.00 for the Monthly Refill + $9.95 shipping = $106.95 per recurring shipment, plus applicable sales tax.

Shipping charges applicable to all other transactions will be disclosed during the ordering process.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 8 — Billing and account information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current billing, payment, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

You authorize us and our payment service providers to process charges associated with orders you submit and recurring purchases you authorize.

We may limit or cancel orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, or other identifying information when we reasonably believe the activity involves fraud, unauthorized resale, promotion abuse, or another violation of these Terms.

If we cancel or materially modify an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information for any recurring program.
